Event Details:

- Time: 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM
- Location: Betty T. Ferguson Recreational Center, 3000 NW 199th Street, Miami Gardens, FL 33056
Setup Information:
- Arrival Time: Please arrive by 7:30 AM to set up your booth or designated area.
- Loading: You can unload your equipment near the main entrance from 7:30 AM to 8:30 AM. We recommend using a cart to transport items due to the terrain.
Parking Instructions:
- Parking: Please use the parking lot near the Amphitheater, accessible via NW 196th Lane and NW 31st Ave.This location is optimal for accessing the event area quickly.
Additional Tips:
- Weather Prep: As the event is outdoors, we suggest bringing a tent for comfort. Tables and chairs will be provided. We will have a limited number of tents available for rent with a refundable deposit. Please let us know if your organization is in need of one.
- Promotion: Please share the attached event flyers within your network and on social media to help us reach more attendees.
